1. Customised & Made-to-Order Products
– All products are specially customised and made to order.
– Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded except in case of damage during delivery (refer to our Return & Refund Policy).

2. Order Processing & Shipping
– Orders are processed within the standard 7–10 business days.
– Shipping is available only within India.

3. Pricing & Payments
– All prices displayed on our website are final and inclusive of applicable taxes.
– Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

4. Exchange for Damaged Products
– In case a product is delivered in damaged condition, customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery along with unboxing proof for verification.
– Once approved, an exchange will be provided as per our policy.
