Refund policy

At Nails India Official, every product is customized and made to order, ensuring it is crafted especially for you.

No Return & No Refund
– As our products are personalized and made to order, we follow a strict no return and no refund policy.

Exchange for Damaged Products
– An exchange is eligible only if the product is received damaged

  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • A complete unboxing video (from sealed package to product) is shared as proof
  • Without an unboxing video, we will be unable to process any exchange request.

– Exchange and replacement product will be delivered within 7 days after receiving the damaged product back to us. Please note customer has to send the product to us.

Exchange Process
–Please email us at withlove@nailsindiaofficial.com within 24 hours of delivery with:

  1. Your order number
  2. The unboxing video showing the damage
  3. A short description of the issue
  4. Our team will review your request and assist with an exchange if it qualifies under our policy.

– Once your claim is verified, we will arrange for an exchange of the same product.
– The replacement product will be shipped within the standard shipping timeline after approval.

No Exchanges for Other Reasons
– We do not accept exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size, or color preferences, as all products are made to order.
